Subscription Policy

Subscription payments
When you purchase a subscription you'll be charged on a monthly basis via our online shop through Shopify payments with your payment card of choice. Your payment details will be stored securely.
Subscription duration and trialling periods
Each bundle has a minimum subscription duration from 1 to 6 months. There is a one week trial period, within which the bundle can be returned at no rental costs - you'll only have to pay for the delivery costs.
What happens at the end of my subscription?
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. Once your minimum subscription has ended, you can either return your bundle to us (at no cost) or keep it on a rolling monthly subscription, which can be terminated anytime with 30 days notice, just drop us an email.
Is there a security deposit?
No deposit is required, but you are held responsible if there are damages beyond fair wear-and-tear that are beyond repair (scratches, scuffs & scrapes through everyday use are totally fine). Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
Will I get charged for any damage?
We only charge for any damages that are beyond reasonable wear and tear. Prior to you receiving your bundle, a full condition survey is undertaken noting any imperfections. Upon you receive it, if you note any additional issues, please notify us as soon as possible. When you've returned your bundle, we’ll carry out a full check and ensure any damage is due to reasonable wear and tear, rather than misuse. If the damage caused is deemed to be through misuse and any products in the bundles are unable to be repaired, you will be liable for the full replacement cost.
How long does it take to deliver? 
For products in stock we will arrange delivery once payment has been received, typically within 3 to 5 days. Please check delivery notes on product pages as some products might be waiting stock refill. Certain products will also have a longer lead-in time due to the impact of Covid-19.
What happens if there is something wrong with a product in my bundle?
If the product is not performing as it should because of manufacturer defect, we take full responsibility for arranging repairs or providing a replacement.
What happens to my products after they are returned?
  1. They undergo full reconditioning, including a professional deep clean and service and a replacement of parts if necessary.
  2. They are then re-circulated under a new subscription.
  3. The products will be donated to a charity.
